Flat Iron With Alfredo Cilantro Harissa



For the most flavor, marinate steak for at least two hours before cooking - Add salt and pepper to both sides of the steak and 1/2 tbs of Cilantro Harissa, marinate in the refrigerator.



Ingredients:

  • Pasta Noodles of your choice (Linguini, Spaghetti, Fettuccine)

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream

  • 2 spoons Butter

  • 2 tbs Vegetable Oil

  • 2 Garlic Cloves (finely chopped)

  • 2 oz Parmesan Cheese

  • 1 1/2 tbs Cilantro Harissa

  • 1 White Onion

  • Flat Iron Steak

  • Salt & Pepper

Method:

  • Cook pasta, drain and reserve

  • In a large skillet, over medium-high heat add oil and garlic (finely chopped) and cook for 30 seconds

  • Add in onions, butter and heavy cream

  • Stir consistently to avoid burning, until mixture comes to a boil

  • Turn heat down to medium and mix in parmesan cheese and 1 tbs of Cilantro Harissa

  • Remove the pan from head and mix in the cooked pasta until the sauce begins to thicken



  • Head a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat

  • Once skillet is hot, fry the steak for 3-5 minutes on each side or to your desired degree of doneness

  • Allow them to rest for about 5 minutes before serving

Slice steak and plate with the pasta!
